Sullivan & Cromwell is seeking experienced associates to join the Firm's General Practice (corporate) - Project Development & Finance group. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience working at a law firm in practices involving project finance and project related joint ventures and/or commercial contracts. This is an opportunity for experienced lawyers, and as such, current law students are not eligible for consideration for this role. About the Project Development & Finance Group: Sullivan & Cromwell’s Project Development and Finance lawyers offer clients unrivaled quality in connection with the development and project financing of natural resources, energy, renewables, green/sustainable, and infrastructure developments. Unlike other firms working on a high volume of routine projects, at any one time, S&C is highly focused on a small number of the world’s largest and most complex projects. Salary The associate base salary is tied to assigned associate class year.
