Associate - General Litigation

Associates in our General Litigation practice group have the opportunity to have a diverse practice, handling intellectual property matters at one of the most highly regarded Delaware firms. REQUIREMENTS: Three to six years of litigation experience, including intellectual property and trade secrets. Strong writing skills necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions and briefs. Experience practicing in the District of Delaware.
