Who You Are A third-year law student in good standing, enrolled in a full-time J.D. program at an ABA‑accredited law school. Authorization to work in the United States (U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization required). Demonstrated record of academic achievement, with strong writing and interpersonal skills, proven leadership, and active community involvement. Geographical ties to the Seattle area. Experience or a strong interest in working in litigation practice areas. Compensation First-year associate salaries are $225,000 annually for the class of 2026. This may be modified in the future.
