This is a critical role supporting sophisticated, high‑value transactions—and an opportunity to report to the Commercial Closing Coordinator and work with a state-wide real estate team. What You’ll Do As an experienced member of our Real Estate team, you will be trusted with end‑to‑end responsibility for commercial closings, including: Managing commercial real estate transactions state-wide from contract through post‑closing with minimal supervision, and assisting others with similar matters Preparing and reviewing closing documents , settlement statements, and loan documentation for attorney review Coordinating with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth and timely closings Reviewing title, surveys, UCC searches, and organizing due diligence materials Tracking critical dates, closing requirements, and post‑closing deliverables Serving as a go‑to resource and steady presence on a high‑performing team Implementing firm policy regarding anti-fraud and ethical closing requirements Will also support commercial zoning applications with research and preparation for quasi-judicial hearings This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and brings both experience and judgment to the table.
