Commercial Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of litigation experience to join our Los Angeles office. Ideal candidates will have outstanding academic credentials and demonstrate superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience at a leading national or boutique law firm is strongly preferred. Our associates are integral members of lean, trial-focused teams, handling complex, high-stakes litigation in courts across the country. Associates are expected to take on significant responsibility early, including developing case strategy, drafting dispositive motions and briefs, managing complex discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts. Preferred candidates will have experience with sophisticated matters and an interest in working alongside experienced trial lawyers. Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
