McKool Smith’s Intellectual Property practice group is looking for outstanding mid-level patent litigation lawyers with experience before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Preferred educational background includes undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent degree. Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred.
