Entrepreneurial Ventures Associate

Katten seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its Entrepreneurial Ventures practice. Current members of the practice are located in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and New York City. ​ Candidates should have 3-5 years of sophisticated corporate experience at a nationally recognized law firm with a focus on venture capital and emerging company representation. Specific experience should ideally include drafting customary investment agreements, including those based on NVCA forms, managing multi-disciplinary due diligence across a range of life science, clean technology, SaaS, AI and technology hardware and software companies, including in regulated industries, preparing governance-related board materials, including with respect to related transactions, and cap table management, including with respect to convertible securities. ​ Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills are required. The estimated salary range for this role is $225,000 - $420,000.
