We are seeking a mid-level attorney interested in joining our Emerging Company & Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions practices in our Boston or New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience in, or a strong desire to develop expertise in, both (i) emerging company and venture capital transactions and (ii) mergers and acquisitions and other strategic business transactions, including representing public and private company buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border deals. Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred. While fluency is not required, the candidate should be able to read and respond to correspondence in Korean. The substantive legal work will be conducted primarily, if not entirely, in English. Compensation range is $235,000 to $345,000 commensurate with related experience and qualification. The salary of the candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the firm's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
