Foley Hoag’s Intellectual Property Litigation group has openings in our Boston and New York offices for a lawyer with a minimum of three years of experience in complex commercial litigation, preferably including litigation involving patent rights. The position will involve representation of biopharma manufacturers, research institutions and universities in patent, inventorship, trade secrets, licensing and other contract disputes before U.S. courts, in arbitral proceedings, in the International Trade Commission, and in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Experience in the life sciences space is preferred. A science degree is desirable but not required. Compensation range is $225,000 to $250,000 commensurate with related experience and qualification. The salary of the candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, and training.
