Lateral Securities/Bank Regulatory/Corporate Transactional Associate

Brooks Pierce is seeking a lateral associate with meaningful securities, bank regulatory, and corporate transactional experience to join our firm’s Greensboro, North Carolina office. The ideal candidate would have multi-year experience with the 1933 Act and 1934 Act and experience in mergers and acquisitions in a law firm setting, as well as excellent academic credentials.
