Litigation Attorney – Houston (#832)

The Houston office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a litigation attorney with four to six years of litigation experience, ideally tort litigation and insurance defense, for a non-shareholder track position. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, exceptional research and writing skills, and experience drafting and arguing motions; taking and defending depositions; evaluating, interviewing, and deposing experts; and running files autonomously are sought to assume responsibility in an active litigation practice. Trial experience in state and federal court is preferred.
