Real Estate - Public Finance Midlevel Associate or Senior Associate

Alston & Bird’s Real Estate group has an immediate need for a midlevel Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years’ experience in the Atlanta office. Successful candidates will have public finance experience, including experience with property tax and economic development incentive transactions (e.g., bonds-for-title, PILOT or similar programs), whether as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel or company counsel. Any commercial real estate experience would be a plus. Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills are required.
