Real Estate - Senior Associate or Counsel

The New York office of Alston & Bird is seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate or Counsel with 7+ years’ experience. Successful candidates will have experience with real estate financing, lender representation, loan document drafting and title and survey diligence. Additionally, this role requires the ability to independently manage transactions from initial structuring through closing.
