Asset Management Associate (Private Funds)

The Asset Management Department in our LA office is looking for senior associates with six to eight years of private fund experience with a focus on private equity funds. Applicants should be interested in joining a group that is in growth mode with a desire for advancement. Responsibilities will include representing a number of leading investment management firms in connection with fund formations and providing a full range of legal services to such clients.
