New York - Real Estate (Associate)

Qualifications: Class of 2022 to 2020 Real Estate associate with a primary focus on real estate finance, acquisitions and joint ventures. The position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a senior real estate attorney providing comprehensive real estate support to corporate/project financings, acquisitions, sales, and bankruptcies. Key qualifications include experience conducting and managing all phases of real property diligence (including title review), negotiating and facilitating post-closing deliverables, and the drafting/preparation of purchase agreements, security instruments, leases and ancillary agreements. Strong academic credentials, desire to work across practice groups, and previous experience required.
