New York - Corporate Finance and Securities (Mid-Level to Senior Associate and Special Counsel)

Qualifications: Associates (all levels) and special counsel with capital markets and securities experience. Candidates should have experience advising, drafting, and negotiating offering documents on a wide variety of public and private securities offerings, including high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and Rule 144A and Reg S transactions. Additional experience with liability management transactions, SEC filings, and disclosure requirements is preferred. Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a top-tier large New York firm preferred. A full list of transactional matters/deal sheet is required to be considered.
