New York - Alternative Investments, Derivatives (Mid-Level Associate)

Qualifications: Mid-level associate with experience in fixed income derivatives and related structured credit transactions. The ideal candidate will have (a) extensive experience with ISDA and MRA/GMRA documentation, (b) significant exposure to structured credit and security agreements, and (c) knowledge of related regulatory matters as applied in a transactional context. Can sit in either NY or DC office.
