Litigation Associate, Michigan or Ohio (4th year)

We are seeking a commercial litigation associate with approximately four years of experience to join us in any of our Michigan offices or Cleveland. This is a hands-on position. Associates take meaningful responsibility early—drafting substantive briefs and dispositive motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions with appropriate support, preparing witnesses, and working directly with clients. The work is sophisticated, the expectations are high, and the path forward is wide open for associates who want to grow a practice, not just bill time. We take the work seriously and ourselves less so—good judgment, good humor, and a team that shows up for each other. The ideal candidate will have approximately 4 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting with strong legal writing and analytical skills, deposition and discovery experience, and comfort owning discrete assignments end-to-end Candidates must be licensed in Michigan or Ohio or eligible for admission by examination or waiver.
