Securitization / Structured Finance Associate - Charlotte, NC Office

Cadwalader’s Capital Markets department is seeking mid-level and senior associates with a minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate and/or real estate. CLO, CMBS, Repo and other ABL finance experience is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $435,000.
