Capital Markets / Agency CMBS Securitizations Associate (3-6+ Years) – New York, NY Office

Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Department is seeking an associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our New York office. Candidates should have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents related to commercial mortgage loan securitizations, including pooling and servicing agreements, offering documents, mortgage loan purchase agreements, certificate purchase agreements, placement agency agreements, legal opinions and related contracts. Candidate should have experience managing the closing process for complex transactions. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, teamwork, a solid work ethic, and a proactive sense of ownership over their responsibilities. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000 .
