Securities and Complex Commercial Litigation Associate – New York

Candidate ideally should have at least 4-6 years (2020 – 2022) of significant experience in securities and/or other complex commercial litigation, including having participated in some or all of the following: trial preparation, researching and drafting briefs and pleadings, preparing investigation reports, leading and managing discovery, preparing for and/or arguing hearings, and preparing for and/or taking depositions or witness interviews. The annual base salary ranges from $310,000 to $390,000. Salary determinations are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level.
