Finance Associate - Denver

Vinson & Elkins has an opportunity available for junior or midlevel associate for its Denver office. Candidates should have 3 - 6 years of experience (J.D. class of 2020 – 2023). Candidates should have experience representing corporate borrowers and/or lenders on institutional term loans, alternative lender and private credit transactions, and/or commercial bank loans. Experience with acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, leveraged lending and/or private credit transactions is highly valued. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential.
