Corporate Associate – New York

Vinson & Elkins has an opportunity available for a midlevel or senior associate with 4-6 years (classes 2020 - 2022) of corporate experience. Candidates should have (1) significant transactional experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, (2) strong drafting skills and (3) experience negotiating key transaction documents, managing client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs. The annual base salary ranges from $310,000 to $390,000. Salary determinations are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level.
