Product Liability and Class Action Litigation Associate (Los Angeles)

Managing Member: Brian Newman Practice Group/Leader: Product Liability and Class Action/Brian Smith Department/Director: Litigation/Michael Cooney Dykema’s Los Angeles office is seeking a talented and motivated associate to join our esteemed Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will bring 4-7 years of experience in complex litigation, with a focus on product liability and class action cases. Candidates with defense catastrophic injury experience are highly preferred. Duties will include motion practice, discovery, brief writing, preparing company witnesses for depositions, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation and trial. Qualified candidates will have significant experience with all aspects of case handling, including fact investigation and discovery work. Excellent written communication and oral advocacy skills are required. The work requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines. Admission to practice in California is required. We are accepting recruiter submissions. Hybrid schedule with in office expectations weekly. Salary range : $200,000 - $235,000.
