Mid-Level or Senior Level Associate: Litigation (Copyright/Trademark)

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire a mid-level or senior level associate for our Litigation practice group. Candidates will be considered for the Bay Area, New York, or Washington, D.C. offices. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in copyright and trademark litigation, with experience in drafting motions, running offensive and defensive discovery, taking and defending depositions, working with experts, and preparing for trial preferred. Interested candidates should be admitted to the California, New York, or D.C. Bar and have excellent credentials. Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
