Mid-Level Associate: Mergers & Acquisitions

The San Francisco office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire a stellar mid-level associate for our Mergers & Acquisitions practice, focusing on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures and private equity transactions. Candidates should have ample experience leading on diligence and drafting ancillary agreements as well as familiarity with all other aspects of a transaction. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of M&A experience, be admitted to the California Bar, and have excellent credentials. Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
