Junior Level or Mid-Level Associate: ERISA

The New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire a stellar junior to mid-level associate for our Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group practice, who will work primarily with the partner who handles the ERISA practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of ERISA, tax-qualified retirement plans, and ERISA compliance, including in the context of fund formation, investment management and structured finance. Experience with 401(k), pension, and health and welfare plans is a plus. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience, and be admitted to the New York Bar with excellent credentials. Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
