Junior Level or Mid-Level Associate: Debt Finance

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire an associate for our Debt Finance Practice. Candidates will be considered for the New York, Washington, D.C. or Bay Area offices. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in private equity debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financing. Our practice focuses on sponsors and borrowers, although we will consider candidates with experience on the lender side. The candidate should have familiarity with market terms in this area. The candidate should have the ability to manage complex transactions, should be admitted to the New York, D.C. or California Bar and have excellent credentials. Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
