Mid-Level Associate: Tax

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire an associate for our Tax Practice. Candidates will be considered for our New York or San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant work experience with significant transactional experience including M&A tax work. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York or California and have excellent credentials. Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
