Washington, D.C. Office - Tax Associate

The Washington, D.C. office of Akin is seeking an attorney with 4–7 years of experience advising sponsors, developers, and investors in transactional tax credit matters, including tax aspects of project development, tax equity transactions and tax credit transfer matters. Experience at a law firm, or equivalent experience at a Big Four accounting firm, will be considered. Exceptional academic credentials and law firm experience preferred. This position requires in-person availability.
