Dallas Office - Litigation Associate

Our Litigation practice group seeks an associate with three to six years of class action, commercial, and financial restructuring litigation experience. Candidate must have experience with all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials and appeals, and have strong research and writing skills . Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required. Our Litigation practice group handles high-stakes litigation for sophisticated clients around the globe, maintaining a keen focus on their end goals, whether advising on regulatory and compliance issues or engaging in litigation where a business resolution cannot be achieved. This position is required to be available to work in person.
