San Diego – Corporate Public Companies Associate (Junior)

We are searching for a junior associate to join our Corporate Public Companies group in our San Diego office. The ideal candidate has 1 - 3 years of experience with IPOs and other capital market transactions, including counseling pre-IPO and public companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and SEC and stock exchange reporting and compliance matters, as well as assisting in capital markets transactions for issuers and underwriters; it is a plus to have experience with venture-backed companies. We are looking for team-oriented and collaborative attorneys that are excited about working with pre-IPO and public clients in the venture capital ecosystem. Candidates can expect to manage client relationships and handle day-to-day needs of clients.
