Bay Area – Corporate Associate (Mid-Level/Senior)

We are searching for a mid-level/senior associate to join the Corporate group in our Bay Area offices. The ideal candidate would have experience with start-ups and emerging growth companies, venture capital financings, growth and private equity, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented and collaborative attorneys who are excited about working closely with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem.
