The New York office of Jones Day has an immediate need for an ambitious mid-level associate to join its Financial Markets practice. Qualified candidates should have 3-7 years of large law firm experience working on sophisticated lending transactions. Additionally, candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills, superior academic background and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility, and client interaction.
