Dallas - Capital Markets Associate

The Dallas office has an immediate need for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in Capital Markets for our Financial Markets practice. Required experience and interest in: (1) representing public companies in public and private securities offerings (both debt and equity) (2) advising clients on Exchange Act reporting, SEC compliance and disclosures and corporate governance. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility, and client interaction.
