Chicago - Real Estate Associate

The Chicago office seeks a Real Estate Associate with 3-6 years of experience. This position affords significant client interaction and requires a high level of responsibility within a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including joint ventures, fund formations, infrastructure/privatizations, secured financings and/or acquisitions/dispositions. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiating skills and a solid academic background. The salary range for this role is $260,000 - $495,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
