Litigation Associate

Spencer Fane has an opening in our Salt Lake City, UT, office for a Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience . Insurance, medical malpractice, water law, personal injury, or general litigation experience is preferred but not required. An ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in successfully executing legal strategy, taking depositions, motion practice, trial, arbitration, hearings, producing witnesses for depositions, and other key litigation events.
