The Seattle office of Fisher Phillips is seeking an attorney with at least 5 years of employment law experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling employers on day-to-day employment issues, drafting and reviewing employment policies and procedures, handling ADA and FMLA matters, drafting employment contracts, providing management and employee training, and conducting workplace investigations. Prior experience providing advice and counseling on employment law related matters is required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be self-starters with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Admission to the Washington Bar is required.
