Associate - Labor

The Cincinnati office of BakerHostetler is seeking an associate with 3 â 6 years of experience to join its Business Group.  The candidate will support a variety of corporate work including, M&A, joint ventures, growth equity financings, and general corporate and commercial matters supporting in-house legal departments and operational teams of public and private companies. 

Qualifications include:
â ¢ Experience working on M&A deals, including preparing ancillary documents, performing due diligence, and preparing diligence reports 
â ¢ Experience drafting LLC agreements and similar documents for corporate entities
â ¢ Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
â ¢ Superior attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and exceptional analytical skills
â ¢ Comfortable with technology
â ¢ Admitted to practice law in Ohio
