Real Estate Associate (Portland)

Holland& Knight's Portland office has an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3 to 6 years of transactional experience, including significant responsibility for real estate finance and commercial acquisitions and dispositions. The candidate should have a deep understanding of title and survey review and general deal knowledge. Experience with leasing and joint ventures is a plus but not a prerequisite.
