Labor & Employment Attorney - Income Principal

Foster Garvey is seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Income Principal with a portable book of business to join its Labor, Employment & Immigration Practice group in our New York City office. This role will be responsible for management-side representation and provide general counseling on employment/independent contractor agreements, wage and hour compliance, employee leave/ADA accommodation, terminations/separation agreements, manuals/handbooks, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while collaborating with practitioners across all of the Firm's six offices.
