Renewable Energy M&A Associate

We are seeking a talented and motivated associate attorney to join a high-performing team working on cutting-edge renewable energy matters, with a focus on financing and acquisitions. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners on sophisticated transactions at the forefront of the energy transition.The associate will support the development, construction, financing, acquisition, and disposition of energy infrastructure projects, as well as tax credit monetization strategies for renewable energy and energy transition projects, including solar, wind, battery energy storage, clean hydrogen, and other clean energy technologies.
