McGuireWoods LLP is seeking a sharp, driven associate or counsel with at least 5 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment practice in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. This is front-line work within a national labor and employment practice known for its urgency, nuance, and strategic impact. Attorneys in this role advise companies, private equity sponsors, and senior executives on complex employment disputes and sensitive workforce issues that can affect enterprise value and leadership stability.The practice regularly involves executive mobility matters, restrictive covenant litigation, protection of confidential information and trade secrets, and employment issues arising in connection with corporate transactions. Attorneys will also support employment diligence and post-transaction workforce integration in private equity and M&A deals.You will work side-by-side with a partner known for handling sensitive, mission-critical matters where discretion and precision are paramount. You will be brought into matters early and trusted with meaningful responsibility.
