Capital Markets, Securities & Public Company Advisory, Agency CMBS Securitizations, Mid-Level to Senior Associate
The Capital Markets Department is seeking an associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our Charlotte office. Candidates should have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents related to commercial mortgage loan securitizations, including pooling and servicing agreements, offering documents, mortgage loan purchase agreements, certificate purchase agreements, placement agency agreements, legal opinions and related contracts. Candidate should have experience managing the closing process for complex transactions. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, teamwork, a solid work ethic, and a proactive sense of ownership over their responsibilities.
The expected base salary range for this role is $260,000 to $390,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
