Eckert Seamans is a full-service national law firm with a strong reputation and a history of success spanning over 65 years. With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 14 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel. We seek a Mass Tort Litigation Associate for our Boston, MA office. The attorney hired for this position will work directly with partners and other associates on litigation matters in a fast-paced, active environment and directly communicate and interact with clients.

Qualifications:

  • One (1) to Three (3) years of civil litigation experience
  • Experience with asbestos will be strongly considered
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
  • Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently
  • Court and deposition experience strongly preferred
  • Massachusetts bar admission is required, Rhode Island and/or Connecticut bar admission is a plus

In compliance with Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000.
