Mass Tort Associate
Eckert Seamans is a full-service national law firm with a strong reputation and a history of success spanning over 65 years. With approximately 300 lawyers across a network of 14 offices, we provide clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel. We seek a Mass Tort Litigation Associate for our Boston, MA office. The attorney hired for this position will work directly with partners and other associates on litigation matters in a fast-paced, active environment and directly communicate and interact with clients.
Qualifications:
- One (1) to Three (3) years of civil litigation experience
- Experience with asbestos will be strongly considered
- Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently
- Court and deposition experience strongly preferred
- Massachusetts bar admission is required, Rhode Island and/or Connecticut bar admission is a plus

In compliance with Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000. We note the salary information as a general guideline only, as we will consider various factors to determine the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work skills and experience, and education.
