As a Tax Associate, you’ll work directly with firm partners and top-tier clients to lead sophisticated tax and business transactions—without the bureaucracy of larger firms. Your contributions will be front and center, and your voice will matter on every deal.
Tax Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Represent high-profile for-profit and exempt organization clients in complex transactions.
- Partner with the tax practice group on federal tax planning, significant transactions, & controversy matters.
- Collaborate closely with partners and leadership in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
- Help build and grow a best-in-class tax law team.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Although a few years’ experience is preferred, we are open to recent graduates who have an undergraduate in business/accounting and/or have taken substantial tax related courses in law school.
- Must be licensed or able to become licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
