Cozen O’Connor seeks an associate with at least three years’ experience to join the Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing employers in complex wage-and-hour disputes, class and collective actions, and discrimination claims. This role includes handling litigation in state and federal courts, including trials and appeals, as well as providing day-to-day counsel to clients on employee policies, terminations, and compliance audits. Strong analytical and writing skills, as well as excellent academic credentials are required. Must have a license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
