Candidate should have 1-5 years (classes 2021-2025) of litigation experience. Favorable experience would include handling discovery, pleadings, motions, hearings, legal research, experience with technical testimony, or the electric industry generally. Knowledge of or experience with eminent domain law, electric utilities, the electric industry, the Public Utility Commission of Texas, FERC or the Railroad Commission of Texas is a plus.
