Wyatt is currently seeking an Associate with one to five yearsâ experience to join its highly regarded Corporate & Securities Service Team in Louisville.  Wyattâ s Corporate & Securities lawyers have taken the lead on many of Kentuckyâ s largest mergers & acquisitions in the past decade.   Our clients include everything from Kentuckyâ s largest businesses in all industries, all the way to entrepreneurs spinning off to start the next big venture. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.  The pay range is near the top of the market for lawyers with this experience range.  The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several factors, including qualifications and experience, education, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
