Founded on the principle "It's About Justice," Cohen Law Group advocates for homeowners, businesses, and associations when insurance companies fail to honor their obligations. We are seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney with first-party property insurance litigation experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow both professionally and financially.

What You'll Do

• Manage first-party property insurance claims from pre-suit through litigation
• Handle residential, commercial, and HOA property insurance disputes
• Oversee appraisal and arbitration matters
• Develop litigation strategies and manage your caseload with dedicated support resources
• Participate in select bad-faith insurance matters
• Help establish and grow Cohen Law Group's presence in Arizona

What We're Looking For

• Active Arizona Bar license
• 1–5 years of first-party property insurance litigation experience
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a growing team
• Interest in helping expand and develop a practice in a growing market

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Our compensation structure is designed to reward performance and business development:

• 25% commission on firm-generated cases
• Up to 40% commission on self-generated cases
• Paid biweekly
• Uncapped earning potential
